Each paper/poster must include at least one registration. The registration covers the presenter of the paper/poster. Each registration covers one paper/poster. The registration covers the participation to the Conference, the Conference bag, the coffee breaks, and a light lunch. No travel and/or accomodation is covered.
All participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
The registration must take place after your paper/poster acceptance.
DEADLINES FOR REGISTRATION
For the authors of papers and posters: 11 October 2026. However, if you need a visa and, in order to receive your invitation letter, please register as soon as possible after the acceptance of your work. If you cannot obtain a visa to come to Greece, your work can be presented online.
For the other participants: 18 October 2026.
REIMBURSEMNT
After the bank deposit, no reimbursement is possible (for example in the case of change to online presentation instead of in situ or in case of cancellation of your presentation).
