How to come to Harokopio University / How to move in Athens
From Athens International Airport (Eleftherios Venizelos)
- By Metro (recommended option)
- Take Metro Line 3 (Blue Line) from Athens Airport toward “Dimotiko Theatro” or “Aghia Marina”.
- Travel to Monastiraki Station (≈ 40 minutes).
- Change to Metro Line 1 (Green Line) toward Piraeus.
- Get off at Tavros Station.
- Walk approximately 10–12 minutes to Harokopio University.
- By Bus (alternative option)
- Take the X95 express bus from the airport to Syntagma Square.
- From Syntagma, take Metro Line 1 (Green Line) toward Piraeus.
- Get off at Tavros Station.
- Walk approximately 10–12 minutes to the university.
From Central Athens (City Centre)
- By Metro
- Take Metro Line 1 (Green Line) from Monastiraki / Omonia / Syntagma toward Piraeus.
- Get off at Tavros Station.
- Walk approximately 10–12 minutes to Harokopio University.
- By Train (Suburban Railway – from central Athens)
- Take a suburban railway (Proastiakos) toward Piraeus or Kiato/Airport line via central Athens stations.
- Get off at Tavros / Rouf area stations (depending on route).
- Walk approximately 10–15 minutes to Harokopio University.
- By Bus / Trolleybus
- Bus 040 (Syntagma – Piraeus line) stops near the university (stop: Harokopou).
- Trolleybus Lines 1 and 5 also serve nearby stops (Karagianni or Harokopou).
- From either stop, it is a 2–5 minute walk to the campus.
