Guidelines for the submission

1. Create an abstract using this template
2. Send your abstract by email to iced@eap.gr
3. The abstracts will be reviewed and the final decision concerning to the type of presentation will be announced to the authors: rejected, accepted as poster, accepted as full prersentation. However, the work will be fully accepted only after the review of the full text.
4. The authors having their works accepted as posters are invited to submit their poster (in landscape format, in both pptx and pdf files) until 11 June 2023
5. The authors having their work accepted as full paper are invited to submit their text using this template until 11 June 2023. After the review, the results will be: rejected (in the case of major errors), accepted as poster (in the case of low importance of the presented results), accepted as full presentation with minor changes, accepted as full presentation with major changes. In the last three cases, the poster or the final full text should be uploaded after the modifications requested.
