Posters: without the submission of a full paper.

Language of the Conference:

English is the official language of the Conference. Please submit your abstracts, papers and posters and prepare your presentations in English.

SUBMISSION PROCEDURE

  • Guidelines for the submission
  • A. Create an abstract using this template
  • B. Submit your abstract here (CLOSED)
  • The abstracts will be reviewed and the final decision concerning to the type of presentation will be announced to the authors: rejected, accepted as poster, accepted as full prersentation. However, the work will be fully accepted only after the review of the full text.
  • C1. Submit your poster
  • If your abstract is accepted as a poster presentation:
    • Please upload your poster here. The name of your file should be Poster_IDnumber.pdf and Poster_IDnumber.pptx.
    • As the posters will be visualized on a screen, a landscape layout should be used.
    • Please add the ICED Banner at the top left part of the poster and the ICED QR code on the top right corner.
  • Review
  • Each poster will first be examined for:
    • Similarity with previous works. The posters that will have a high similarity will be rejected,
    • After the review of each poster, the Conference Organizers/Scientific Committee will make the following decisions, according to the notes of the reviewers:
      • Accept as poster in the current form,
      • Accept as poster after modifications,
      • Reject.
  • C2. Submit your full paper
  • 1. If your abstract is accepted as an oral presentation, you should upload a full paper.
  • 2. Prepare your paper using this template.
  • 3. By submitting a paper, all authors are assumed to agree with the Publishing Policies & Ethics of the publisher.
  • 4. For full papers, the minimum length is 6 pages and the maximum length is 8 pages.

  • Review
  • Each paper will first be examined for:
    • Similarity with previous works. The papers that will have a high similarity will be rejected,
    • Minimum and maximum lenghts. The papers that are shorter than 6 pages or exceeding 8 pages will be returned to the authors for correction,
    • Format. The papers that don’t follow the format of the Publisher will be returned to the authors for correction,
  • After the review of each paper, the Conference Organizers/Scientific Committee will make the following decisions, according to the notes recieved from the reviewers:
    • Accept as full paper/oral presentation in the current form (Scopus Indexed),
    • Accept as full paper/oral presentation after modifications (Scopus Indexed),
    • Accept as full paper/oral presentation in the current form (Not Scopus Indexed, uploaded in the Conference website),
    • Accept as full paper/oral presentation after modifications (Not Scopus Indexed, uploaded in the Conference website),
    • Accept as oral presentation only (Not Scopus Indexed, not uploaded in the Conference website),
    • Accept as poster,
    • Reject.
